Massage Therapy Policies
Thank you for choosing Linford Chiropractic Sports Therapy and Massage Clinic. We are committed to the success of your treatment and care.
Please note the following policies regarding missed appointments, cancellations and late arrivals for Massage Therapy:
When you book an appointment with us that time is allotted for you – and ONLY you. We do our best to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver treatment. Consequently, missed appointments are costly and prevent us from providing treatment to other clients.
Our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment as booked.
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voice-mail system and we will return your call confirming your cancellation. Please note: for cancellations of Monday appointments, notice must be given by Saturday at 10am as we are closed on Sundays and do not monitor calls/messages. This policy applies to ALL massage appointments. Without this required 24 hour notice of your cancellation (or by 10am on Saturday for Monday appointments) you will receive an invoice for 50% of the amount of the missed session.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Should you arrive late, you will receive the remaining time allocated to your scheduled appointment; however you will be billed the full amount of the appointment duration you had reserved.
Note: We recognize that there may be unforeseen circumstances that are out of your control; therefore your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
